SkinTyte Laser (Titan equivalent, 1100-1800nm)
New advances in light energy have taken non-invasive treatment of skin laxity for toning and tightening to new heights that are safer and more effective than ever before. This device uses safe infrared light energy and advanced skin cooling technology to comfortably deliver heat below the skin’s surface to the dermis for increased tissue tightening and reduced skin laxity. This new technology also involves powerful skin cooling that makes the treatment very comfortable without the need for topical pain relieving ointments or painful anesthetic injections.
- Increase skin tightening
- Reduce skin laxity
- Stretch mark reduction
BBL (IPL equivalent)
The BBL is the world’s highest power pulsed light system, allowing for faster, more efficient treatments. It features a patented integrated skin cooling module, resulting in more comfortable treatments.
- Photorejuvenation / Photofacial
- Sun damage
- Red spots
- Brown spots
- Acne therapy along with photodynamic therapy (PTD)
- Hair reduction
- Fine vascular lesions
ProFractional Laser
The ProFractional offers significant improvement over previous fractional laser resurfacing systems, such as Fraxel®. Its unique resurfacing technology leaves the surrounding tissue unaffected and intact, allowing the skin to heal much faster than if the entire skin surface was treated at once. ProFractional laser treatments can be minimally ablative or invasive, requiring little downtime.
- Skin resurfacing
- Build collagen
- Treat fine lines
- Reduce wrinkles, acne scars
- Reduce noticeable pigmentation
- Restore skin texture and tone
MicroLaserPeel (2940 Er:YAG)
This technology utilizes a short-pulsed Erbium laser and high-tech laser scanner to ablate the outer layers of the skin at precise depths. The depth of the peel is programmed to ensure that the appropriate skin depth is achieved throughout the treated area. This differs from traditional chemical peels, in which the exact depth of penetration is not predictable with absolute certainly, giving your doctor an unprecedented degree of control. Depending on the depth of the peel one can accomplish a superficial (ArcticPeel), medium depth (LaserPeel), or deep peel (ThermaPeel). Topical anesthetic is used. The healing process varies by patient and by depth of the peel, and will usually range from 2-5 days.
- Resurface sundamaged and aged skin
- Improve texture and pigmentation problems
- Build collagen
- Correct fine lines and wrinkles
- Treat deep scars from acne and other causes
ClearScan Laser (Nd:YAG 1064nm)
The ClearScan allows your doctor to precisely treat visible vessels, broken capillaries and skin discoloration, and can also be used for laser hair reduction on clear skin and light-skinned patients. This laser incorporates infrared energy, the new standard for treatment of these conditions, which selectively targets particular layers of the skin, leaving the surrounding area unaffected. Tanned skin can be treated, but results are best if sun exposure has been avoided in the weeks before treatment. Treatment is usually permanent.
- Hair reduction on both light and dark skin
- Vascular lesions
- Broken capillaries
- Pseudofolliculitis (chronic acne caused by ingrown hairs)
Thermascan Laser (Nd:YAG 1319nm)
The Thermascan laser is the most advanced “no downtime” laser treatments for wrinkles, acne scars, poor skin tone, etc. These treatments are now also FDA approved for active acne, and works by reducing the oil secreted by the skin which exacerbates acne.
- Collagen and elastin remodeling
- Adult acne treatment
- Helps normalize oily skin
Excimer Laser (308nm)
This xenon chloride (XeCl) laser delivers concentrated, but painless, high-dose monochromatic phototherapy directly to lesions without exposing surrounding healthy tissue, clinically proven the most efficacious wavelength for treating psoriasis, vitiligo, atopic dermatitis, and leukoderma. By enabling physicians to precisely target only affected skin cells, the excimer laser safely delivers higher treating dosages than are possible using conventional UVB or PUVA. We are the first practice in New York City to have the Pharos EX-308 excimer laser, with top-of-the-line cutting-edge technology.
- Vitiligo
- Psoriasis
- Stretch marks
- Eczema
- Alopecia areata
V-Beam Perfecta Laser (595nm Pulsed Dye)
Perfecta can correct red and brown discoloration, vascular lesions and pigmented lesions. It utilizes micro-pulse technology and a patented cooling system which all but eliminates bruising.
- Redness
- Freckles
- Veins
- Wrinkles
- Hemangiomas
- Port wine stains
- Warts
- Scars
AlexTriVantage Laser
- Q-Switched Alexandrite
- Q-Switched Nd:YAG
- Frequency-Doubled 532nm Q-Switched Nd:YAG
The AlexTriVantage is the total tattoo and pigmented lesion solution. This laser platform houses 3 lasers that work in concert to treat pigmented lesions and tattoos. These lasers produces an intense but gentle burst of light that selectively targets the skin pigments in lesions and breaks up tattoo ink particles, without damaging surrounding skin. The AlexTriVantage is renowned for its ability to treat tattoos of all colors, even hard-to-treat greens and blues.
