Dr. Charisse McCall is a native New Yorker who was raised in Long Island. She practices adult, pediatric, surgical, and laser dermatology with a focus in cosmetics. She attended the State University of New York at New Paltz, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in biology and a minor in psychology. She was then involved in micro and molecular biology research at the Cornell University Laboratory in Eastport, NY for 2 years before attending medical school.
Dr. McCall graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL in 2008. She completed family medicine and dermatology residencies at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, serving as Chief Resident during both training programs. She is a board certified family practitioner and a board certified dermatologist. Dr. McCall is published in the Journal of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. She is a voluntary house staff dermatologist at Mount Sinai Hospital, where she teaches residents and medical students. Her outside interests include ballet, martial arts and dog rescue.
