28-year old female 5'5" and weighing 213 pounds underwent bilateral breast reduction for symptomatic large breasts, a bilateral mastopexy, and areola reduction. A vertical breast reduction was performed with a combination of liposuction and removal of breast tissue and skin utilizing a lollipop incision. Her bra size was reduced from a 40 DD to a 40 C/D. Patient wanted to be slightly smaller and lifted.
