This 34 year old mother of 3 who is 5 ft 3” weighing 150 pounds was concerned with loose abdominal skin, muscle laxity, and stretch marks. She underwent an abdominoplasty, removal of stretch marks, flank lipo-sculpting, and tightening of her abdominal wall. She also underwent a Mastopexy, as she lost breast volume and shape after having 3 children. She was most concerned with with the droopy appearance and lack of upper breast volume. She underwent a vertical lollipop mastopexy.
Reason for Abdominoplasty and Mastopexy: loose abdominal skin, muscle laxity, and stretch marks; involutional breast changes with loss of volume
