53-year-old
female was concerned with loose abdominal skin, muscle laxity, loss of gluteal
shape, and fatty deposits and laxity of her thighs after having significant
weight loss. In addition, she was concerned with the rolls of fat around her
umbilicus (belly button). She underwent
an abdominoplasty, tightening of her abdominal wall, RFAL (radio
frequency-assisted lipolysis), a minimally invasive procedure, and a gluteal
fat transfer to the buttocks.
