33-year-old female, 5'5", and weighing 130 pounds underwent breast augmentation. The breast augmentation was performed through a peri-areolar (edge of nipple) incision using a 360 cc smooth, round saline implant. The implant was placed in a dual plane (partially underneath the pectoral muscle). The patient's breast size went from a 34 A to a 34 C.
