This 33 year old mother of 2 who is 5'5" weighing 130 pounds was concerned with loose abdominal skin, muscle laxity, and stretch marks. She underwent an abdominoplasty, removal of stretch marks, flank lipo-sculpting, and tightening of her abdominal wall. She also underwent a dual plane breast augmentation using 360 cc smooth round saline breast implants. The implant was placed in a dual plane (partially underneath the muscle). The patient's breast size went from a 34 A to a 34 C.
