37-year-old female, 5'4", and weighing 177 pounds after gastric bypass, open bypass, prior tummy tuck, scar revision, weight loss and multiple child births patient was concerned with loose abdominal skin, muscle laxity, diastasis recti, prior scars, and excess skin in the mons. She underwent an abdominoplasty and monsplasty, which included tightening of her abdominal wall.
